Freeflow produce professionally presented CCTV survey reports laid out in a manner that can be understood even by clients with no knowledge of drainage systems or how they work. They are ideal for pre purchase house surveys when you want peace of mind before committing to the purchase. Identifying leaking drains that can lead to building subsidence and identifying structural damage to drainage caused by ground movement or root ingress. Freeflow’s reports are to a standard that can be submitted to an insurance company or structural engineer to support any claim.
Freeflow has the equipment to survey from 100mm to 1.2m diameter drainage over a distance of 200m from a single access point. For joint inspection we use a pan and tilt camera unit enabling a 360 degree view. |

| Each report can be supplied on video or DVD and includes a written report detailing the condition of the system, an easy to understand site plan that allows the client to easily identify the drain run that is being surveyed and still photographs showing any faults highlighted by the survey. A cost can also be given for any remedial works required to rectify damage highlighted by the survey. |
